Louie's Beer Bread Recipe

3c Flour
1T Baking Powder
3T Sugar
1t Garlic (optional)
1c Grated Cheese (variety optional)
1t Herbs (variety optional)
1.5c Beer (variety optional)

Preheat oven to 350o

Combine flour,baking powder, sugar, cheese, garlic, and herbs.
Stir beer in gently to form a thick, sticky batter.
Pour batter into greased pan.
Bake in 350o oven for 1 1/4 hours or until crust is golden brown.
Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
